Our primary hosting is provided by Hostinger International, located in the European Union.

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

To clear locally stored game data (XP, badges, scores) on your child's device, you may clear the browser's site data for BrindaWorld.ca in your browser settings. This removes all locally stored information immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law:

• Contact/email inquiries: Retained for up to 12 months, then securely deleted;
• Analytics data (Google Analytics): Retained per Google's standard retention settings (26 months by default); anonymized;
• Local browser storage (XP, badges, scores): Stored on your device only — no retention on our servers;
• Server logs (Hostinger): Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors.
